U14G-Ballmann Take Second Place
In The K.C.
Legends Patriot Cup |

(June 10,
2009) Congratulations to the players, parents and coaching
staff.
The
U14G-Ballmann made it to the finals of the Red (Upper) Division
of the K.C. Legends Patriot Cup Tournament in Kansas City over
Memorial Day Weekend outscoring their opponents 7-2 in pool
play.
The girls
capped off the weekend with a trip to the K.C. Wizards MLS game
against Chivas USA. The girls were part of the human tunnel
through which the players entered before the game and were able
to shoot on goal after the game.
Excellent job
over the weekend girls. Great way to finish up the spring
season.

WIN THE 2009 SPRING
MEMPHIS SUPERCLUBS TOURNMENT SILVER
DIVISION OVER MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND |
|

|
(May 11,
2009) Over Mother’s Day weekend Vardar Missouri SC 3 team played in
the Memphis SuperClub Tournament. The U11G-Stephan, U13G Black and
Red-Wagner.
Congratulations to the U13G
Red-Wagner players, parents and coaching staff. The U13G Red-Wagner
went 3-1-0 over the weekend. The U13G Red-Wagner won the
championship game in overtime. Overtime was played 7v7, the girls
scored within one minute of overtime to win the championship.
The U13G Black-Wagner went 0-3-0
over the weekend. The girls played very well not losing a game, with
scores of 2-2, 1-1 and 1-1. The U13G Black-Wagner gave the
championship winners (U13G Red-Wagner) their toughest game with 1-1
tie in their pool play.
The U11G-Stephan went 1-0-2 over
the weekend in the 8v8 Silver Division. The girls were a bit
unlucky, playing in heavy rain resulting in a 1-0 loss that would
have resulted in playing in back-to back weekend tournament
championship games.

MOTHER’S DAY TOURNAMENT WHITE DIVISION |

2009)- Congratulations to the players, parents and coaching staff.
The U12B-Schnell went 3-0-0 over
the weekend, winning games by the scores of 2-1, 4-1 and 2-0. The
U12B-Schnell are currently on a 5 game winning streak, outscoring
their opponents 15-3.

WAGNAAR FINISHED 2ND IN THE
BFC SPRING 2009 CLASSIC TOURNAMENT |

(May 5, 2009)- The U10G-Wagnaar
finished 2nd over the weekend in the BFC Spring Classic in
Belleville, IL. The girls defeated Columbia Energizers 5-3 and Madco
SC Black 6-0 yesterday and BFC Red 5-2 this morning. The girls
played hard in a 2-0 defeat in the Championship against Madco SC--Zamarione.
Nice job girls, coaches and
parents. Keep up the good work and good luck with the rest of your
spring season. |

U11G-STEPHAN FINISH 2ND (GREEN DIVISION) IN THE
12TH ANNUAL TONY GAVIN SOCCER CLASSIC 2009 |

|
|
(May 3, 2009) –
The U11G-Stephan won their bracket and played in the championship
only to lose in the last 2 minutes in overtime. The girls played
hard as a team and worked together as a unit offensively and
defensively. The U11G-Stephan scored 15 goals and 3 goals against in
4 games
Coach
Stephan/Butler commitments regarding the girls play over the
weekend, “we are very happy with the commitment the girls showed
every game. Every girl came to play this weekend, makes it easier as
a team. We saw a lot of smiling facing because of the hard work the
girls displayed which turned into the having FUN. We are very proud
of the girls”.
Congratulations
to the players, parents and coaching staff (Scott Stephan and Bill
Butler) for a exciting weekend of soccer and having FUN, the girls
played AWESOME.

LOU FUSZ TOURNAMENT BLUE DIVISION |

(April 28, 2009)
- Over the weekend Vardar Missouri SC entered 6 teams in the Lou
Fusz Cup 2009.
Congratulation to the U9G-Ballmann
players, parents and Coach Charity Ballmann.
The U9G-Ballmann went 3-1-0, scoring
9 goals and only giving up 2 goals in 4 games.

The U12B-Schnell finished 1-1-1. The
U13G Black-Wagner finished 1-0-2. The U13G Red-Wagner finished
1-1-1. The U14G White-Ballmann finished 1-2-0. The U14G White-Ballmann
were a bit unlucky and played very well, not allowing any goals
against. Great Defense girls. U14G Black-Dierkes finished 0-2-1 only
giving up 1 goal in the tournament.

2ND AT THE KANSAS CITY CUP
(April 19, 2009) - The U10G-Wagnaar placed
2nd in the rain-shortened KC CUP at the Raytown Soccer Club. The
U10G-Wagnaar defeated the KC Thunder 3-2 and Spirit West SC 5-1 but
placed 2nd in total points w/out playing their final pool game before
the tourney was cancelled due to heavy rain. |
