The U14 Girls Vardar West - Blasco team won the 2012 Michigan State Cup

OCTOBER 15, 2011 -- The U14 Girls Vardar West - Blasco team won the 2012 Michigan State on October 15 th.

The girls were the 7th seed in the tournament going 6-0 and meeting the Michigan Hawks in the final winning 2-0.

SEPTEMBER 2011 -- Vardar West Teams represent well in Lansing Sept. 18th

• U12 Boys finished 2 wins and 1 tough loss.
• U13 Boys finished 1-1-1 against good competition.
• U14 Girls made the final with 2 wins and a draw.

The final U14 Girls game was very competitive.  Vardar West fell behind early against the run of play.  Whitney K. got on the end of a cross to get us back in the game.  The opposition scored on a good counter attack in the 2nd half.

Natalie H. scored the equalizer within minutes of the final whistle!  After two 5 minute periods, we went to penalties.  Final Score was 4-3 for our opponent!

Overall, a Great Weekend!  Proud of you girls!  Coaches David, Dylan and Lawrence
